OUR PROCESS

STEP 1 - DISCOVERY CALL

We will evaluate your ENERGY USAGE & COSTS and your ROOF TYPE & LAYOUT. Then you will have a brief, 10-minute call with one of our ENERGY CONSULTANTS to see if you're a good fit for solar. This is NOT a sales call, it's a DISCOVERY CALL.

STEP 2 - SOLAR CONSULTATION

If you are a good candidate for solar, we will design a custom solar solution at NO COST TO YOU. Then we'll schedule a solar consultation to cover the ENERGY SAVINGS REPORT that will calculate HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WILL SAVE by switching to solar.

STEP 3 - FINANCING APPROVAL

Once you decide to GO SOLAR, we will cover your financing options with you.  You can pay cash if you'd like, but most people opt for financing. At AMP SOLAR, we offer loan terms up to 25 years and INTEREST RATES AS LOW AS 2.99%.

STEP 4 - SITE SURVEY

Once the FINANCING IS APPROVED, we will conduct a SITE AUDIT to inspect your roof and electrical systems to see if anything needs to be repaired or replaced. This will ensure that your solar system is SAFE and will PASS ALL INSPECTIONS required by the local jurisdictions and utility companies.

STEP 5 - PLANS, PERMITTING & INSPECTIONS

We are installing a small POWER PLANT on your roof, so there are certain precautions that must be taken. Every jurisdiction and utility company has a PERMITTING AND INSPECTION process. Typical permitting times are 2-4 weeks, but it may take longer depending on the timeliness of the permitting and inspection offices.

STEP 6 - SOLAR INSTALLATION

Once all permitting and inspections are done, it's time to INSTALL YOUR SOLAR SYSTEM! Because we offer an industry leading 25-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY, our installers are VERY METICULOUS to ensure that every component of your system is installed CLEANLY AND CORRECTLY.

STEP 7 - FINAL INSPECTION & ACTIVATION

There is a FINAL INSPECTION from the utility company to ensure that your system is SAFE and READY TO OPERATE. Once your utility gives you the green light, your system will be activated and you can START ENJOYING THE BENEFITS OF GOING SOLAR!
